Ingredients
For the Dough: Maida 2 cups,Milk 1/2cup,Yoghurt 1/2cup, Salt to taste, Water. For the White Sauce: 2tb.sp. Maida (white floor) 2tb.sp.Butter,Salt and Pepper, Sugar 1/2 tea sthingys, Milk 2 cups. For the filling: White sauce 2 cups,mixed vegetables 2 cups, Salt & Pepper to taste.
Method
1 Seive the maida and add milk, yoghurt,and salt. Rub it nicely. 2.Add water as required.to make a stiff dough. 3 Set aside the dough 3-4 hrs in summer and 6-7 hrs in winter. 4.Prepare the white sauce: Fry the maida in butter to light brown. Add milk stirring constantly. Add salt, pepper and sugar and let it thicken for sometime on low heat. 5 Boil the mixed vegetables. Add to the white sauce with little salt and pepper to taste
Make Round rotis out of the dough and then put a sthingyful of the filling and fold it from three sides to form a triangle. Bake the roti with the help of ghee or oil in a hot pan or oven till golden brown.
Serve hot with dal makhani.
