Soya-Chilli-Capsicum Preparation Time : 10-15minutes Cooking Time : 25minutes Ingredients 1/4kg. Capsicum,2-3 medium onions,2 potatoes,2 green chillies ,2 tsp soya sauce, little turmeric powder, salt to taste,1-2 tsp oil. Method 1Cut capsicums, onions and potatoes length wise medium size. 2Heat oil and add onions & green chillies 3 Fry till the onions turn light brown on low flame. 4Now add potatoes. Cook them till half done on low flame. If the potatoes tend to stick to the bottom of the vessel put little hot water in it. 5Add capsicum, turmeric, soya sauce, and salt . 6 Mix well and cook on low flame till done.
Serve with chapatis or rice as a side-dish.
